Puzzld ("we", "us", "the platform") is a purpose-driven platform designed to facilitate democratic participation. We are registered as a non-profit in England and Wales. We operate without advertising, without political affiliation, and without shareholders. Use of Puzzld is free and will always remain free.
By creating an account, joining the movement, submitting an issue, or adding your voice to an issue, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Puzzld is open to anyone aged 16 or over. Users under 18 should ensure they have parental or guardian consent. By using the platform you confirm that you are using it in good faith and for the purposes of genuine democratic participation.
Puzzld exists to give people a voice. That mission depends on every participant treating others with dignity and respect. We operate a zero tolerance policy on the following:
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal of content and permanent banning from the platform:
Puzzld is a platform for people who want to make the world better for everyone. Any attempt to use it to harm, exclude, or demean any person or group is a fundamental violation of what we stand for and will not be tolerated.
When you submit an issue to Puzzld you confirm that:
All submissions are moderated before publication. We reserve the right to reject, edit for clarity, or remove any submission that violates these terms. We do not edit the substance of submissions.
When you add your voice to an issue you are indicating your support for that issue being formally addressed by relevant authorities. Voice counts are used to determine which issues are submitted to government and other bodies. One person may add their voice to any number of issues, but may not add their voice to the same issue more than once. We use technical measures to prevent duplicate voting.
When you join Puzzld we collect your name (optional), email address, and country of residence. When you submit an issue we collect the content of your submission and your name or handle if provided.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights contact us at hello@puzzld.co.uk. We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Puzzld uses minimal cookies — only those necessary for the platform to function, such as remembering which issues you have supported. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
The Puzzld name, logo, and brand identity are the intellectual property of Puzzld. Content submitted by users remains the property of the submitter, but by submitting you grant us a licence to use that content for the purposes of the platform's mission. You may not reproduce the Puzzld brand or content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Puzzld is provided as a free service in good faith. We make no guarantee that issues submitted will result in any specific government or institutional action. We are not liable for the content submitted by users, though we take all reasonable steps to moderate it. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify registered members of any significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
